Blast from the past

Well what a day last week we went to an (aladdins cave) as i call them to collect some old 40's  retro furniture.... it took me way back to the 80's when i used to do jobs for central tv when they where based in Nottingham and we would go down to London to collect the props for the shows... Shine on harvey moon was the 40's one but we did lots more... i think my favourite programes was Auf wiedersehen pet we brought some amazing things up for that show and had many a night out on the shepards bush lorry park across the road from the old BBc Studios..... Happy days i loved it ,David
