email contact..please dont assume we have seen it make the phone call to confirm

We all know technology is the way forward ,,,,, but often we do not always receive all the emails from our customers for one reason or another so please make the phone call to confirm any removal bookings or date changes etc etc with ourselves ....if we have not replied its because we have not seen the email ! so please use the phone and don't assume we have the message
