if you are buying and selling a property please for your own sake

Make sure you book a professional removals company that will move all your worldly goods in one trip as it is really important !

You need to have all your possessions out of your existing  property around lunchtime and on to your new home,  you do not want to  have to go back for things left behind as the new owner wants to move in !  and with the often key waiting scenario we have these days it could end up being a moving home day nightmare !

43 Years of experience believe me do it properly with a professional Moving company the best ones are not usually the cheapest and  that's mainly because they are the ones doing it by the rules implied by the system we have to go through in the UK, i.e.  a goods vehicle operators Licence ads a big operating cost with having to have an off the road parking up overnight depot + very regular maintenance checks & services on your vehicles + the tachograph & driver cpc qualification , so the trucks cost a lot of money to keep on the roads compared to having a 35cwt van where as you do not need any of these overheads or qualifications ! and pretty much do as you please with all the above mentioned but that's the UK  system !
