• Excellent professional service. (When was the last time you heard anyone say that?) My piano (upright) was stored long term (6 years) by Jonills in Nottingham and then delivered to Newcastle. It arrived in its original condition, and was moved gently up and down steps from van to living room. As was demonstrated when they originally picked it up, these guys are artists in the way they handle pianos. Bills/paperwork etc were always100% accurate too.

I was having building work done to my property at the time and, despite forward planning, when the team arrived on site they found issues with access - in fact there initially appeared to be no way to get the piano out of the house. The guys both proved extremely willing and resourceful, taking apart security fencing, removing the piano and then re-erecting the fencing to ensure my property was secure, giving me peace of mind. They were friendly and courteous throughout. This was above and beyond the call of duty and I would not hesitate to recommend them highly to other prospective clients.
