• On the basis of so many throughout the whole internet previous positive reviews and meeting David Hill personally The owner beforehand, who was very helpful and friendly and offered a good fee. I booked Jonills Removals for packing and removal over 2 days in late February 2025. I was very daunted by the prospect of the act of moving house, as I have a lot of books in particular, but I needn't have worried. The three lads who did the packing (later five), were both careful and highly proficient and got it all boxed up in good time, with plenty of good natured banter. The same crew came next day to load and unload the vans, again highly efficient and hard working. We had a bit of a delay at the unloading end, waiting for the previous owner to leave, which involved a lot of standing about in the cold, but the lads always did everything in good humour. Would definitely recommend and use Jonills removals & storage again.

• From the first meeting with David at our home, we were impressed with the whole service. David a true professional who didn't even need to take any photos or notes of what we required moving, he just knew. The 4 guys turned up on time and worked their socks off loading the vans, but also managed to have a bit of banter along the way. Unfortunately, we had a delay getting the keys, but as soon as we got them, the vans were offloaded and done and dusted in no time. Price very reasonable and beat the competitor's hands down, with I suspect a more professional service too. Highly recommend Jonills Removals & Storage for all your removals services.

Our house move was from Nottingham to Northumberland - split over two days (storage with them overnight) in Nov, 2024. David Hill - the proprietor - called round. • l have just used Jonills Removals to move a family heirloom, a Steinway Upright Piano, from my parent's home here in Nottingham to my cousin's home in Bristol. I found them very, very helpful and knowledgeable when enquiring and booking the move. Then on the day of the move, they arrived slightly early, which was great, and took extreme care in moving, what is a very heavy piano out of the house and into their van. My cousin said that she was very impressed with the delivery men, who were very pleasant and again took great care in moving the piano into position in her place.
